1. Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship within Malaysia. At this time, we do not support international shipping. We aim to make pre-owned fashion accessible to Malaysians with convenience and care, delivered right to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Charges
All domestic shipping is FREE.
Regardless of order size or value, you will not be charged for standard shipping within Malaysia.
3. Order Processing Time
Once an Order has been placed and payment is successfully received:
- Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days.
- After processing, the item(s) will be packed and scheduled for dispatch.
4. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time for orders is:
- 7 business days from the date of successful payment and order confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within Malaysia, public holidays, or courier delays. While we aim to fulfill all orders within the stated period, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number (if applicable) and courier details will be provided to you via email or SMS. You may use this information to track your shipment status online.
6. Delivery Attempts & Redelivery
If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel (e.g., due to an incorrect address, or no one available to receive the item), they may attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are accurate and someone is available to receive the parcel.
7. Packaging and Sustainability
As a seller of pre-owned and sustainable fashion, we strive to reduce our environmental footprint. Your items may arrive in recycled or reused packaging whenever possible—rest assured, your goods will be clean, secure, and properly protected.
8. Undelivered or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit:

- We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate the matter and work toward a resolution.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not deliver to:
- P.O. Box addresses
- Overseas destinations
- Remote or restricted areas not covered by standard courier services
